Welcome to the ShowGo Platform("ShowGo" or "Platform") and/or ShowGo mobile app ("App") (if applicable) (collectively, the "Platform"). ShowGo is an online marketplace to facilitate users to offer, request, buy, and/or sell digital products.Before registering as a user and using our services, please carefully read this agreement. This is a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and ShowGo, outlining the rights and obligations of both parties. By registering an account or using our services, you are deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.

  • 1. Formation and Parties of the Agreement

    • 1.1.
      The ShowGo platform is operated by STAR RACING TECHNOLOGY SDN.BHD. ("the Company"), which holds full ownership, intellectual property rights, and related interests in the Platform. All services are provided in compliance with applicable Malaysian laws and platform rules.
    • 1.2.
      This Agreement becomes effective once you accept its terms and complete the registration process. Upon registration, you are recognized as a User of the ShowGo platform.
  • 2. User Registration and Account Management

    • 2.1.
      Eligibility: You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity under applicable laws. Minors may only register and use services with guardian supervision.
    • 2.2.
      Registration Information: You may register using a phone number, email address, or third-party login. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of your registration information and for all activities conducted under your account.
    • 2.3.
      Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Any loss arising from mismanagement shall be borne by you.
    • 2.4.
      Identity Verification: You must provide truthful and valid information. Some features may require identity verification. Invalid or misleading information may result in limited account functionality until updated.
    • 2.5.
      Account Restrictions: ShowGo may freeze, restrict, delete, or permanently disable accounts found in violation of this Agreement or applicable laws.
    • 2.6.
      Prohibited Content: Users shall not upload, distribute, or disseminate content that is unlawful, violent, discriminatory, obscene, infringing, or spam-related. ShowGo reserves the right to remove such content and take appropriate legal action, including reporting to authorities.
    • 2.7.
      User Conduct: Users shall not impersonate others, distribute malicious software, spam, disrupt platform operations, or engage in any conduct that may infringe third-party rights or public order. ShowGo may take disciplinary action against users engaging in such behaviors.
    • 2.8.
      User Responsibility: You are fully responsible for actions under your account. You agree to notify ShowGo immediately of any unauthorized access or use.
  • 3. Platform Services

    • 3.1.
      Scope: The scope of services is subject to the platform’s official descriptions and may be updated from time to time.
    • 3.2.
      Changes and Termination: ShowGo may modify or discontinue certain services without prior notice. You may choose to continue using other services or cease using the Platform.
    • 3.3.
      Paid Services: Some services require payment. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stipulated by law.
    • 3.4.
      Orders and Transactions: You are responsible for reviewing order details prior to submission. Orders become effective upon payment. In case of inventory issues, ShowGo may cancel or amend the order with your consent.
    • 3.5.
      Order Modifications: Modifications are allowed prior to payment. After payment, please contact customer support for changes.
  • 4. Recharge and Payment

    • 4.1.
      You may recharge your account through authorized interfaces after agreeing to relevant terms. Successful recharge indicates acceptance of the terms.
    • 4.2.
      Recharge balances are valid indefinitely but are non-transferable and non-withdrawable.
    • 4.3.
      Users shall ensure a valid payment method is linked to the platform.
    • 4.4.
      Upon successful completion of a top-up, the credited amount will be deposited directly into the user’s ShowGo account.
    • 4.5.
      Users acknowledge and understand that participating in blind box draws involves a risk of financial loss, and they agree to bear all financial consequences arising from such activities.
  • 5. Refund Policy

    • 5.1.
      All top-up amounts are intended solely for participation in draw activities on the platform. Users shall carefully confirm the top-up amount and account details before proceeding with any top-up.
    • 5.2.
      Unless a system malfunction or technical error is verified by the Platform (including but not limited to duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or abnormal transactions), all top-ups and related transactions shall be non-refundable and non-reversible.
    • 5.3.
      Any loss resulting from the user’s own actions, including but not limited to operational errors, duplicate top-ups, failure to read the rules carefully, or unauthorized use of the account or device by third parties, shall not constitute a valid reason for a refund.
    • 5.4.
      Before initiating a top-up, the user shall ensure that all information is accurate. Once payment is completed, it shall be deemed as the user’s final confirmation of the transaction, and the Platform reserves the right to reject any request for a refund or reversal.
    • 5.5.
      Users acknowledge and agree that draw results are random in nature. Once a box has been opened or related actions have been completed, the service shall be deemed fulfilled, and no refund, cancellation, or compensation shall be granted on the basis that the result does not meet expectations.
    • 5.6.
      Top-up amounts are not eligible for withdrawal. Only the balance generated from successfully selling products obtained through draws on the Platform may be eligible for withdrawal, subject to the Platform’s rules.
  • ShowGo reserves the right of final interpretation with respect to all matters relating to top-ups, draws, withdrawals, and refunds.

  • 6. User Data and Privacy

    • 6.1.
      ShowGo complies with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Your data will not be shared without consent unless required by law, regulatory bodies, or for the protection of ShowGo's legal interests.
    • 6.2.
      Data collected may be used to improve the platform, only with your consent.
    • 6.3.
      Third-party services used by the platform must adhere to equivalent privacy standards. Users may choose to opt in or out.
    • 6.4.
      Users accept the Privacy Policy as updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these updates.
  • 7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

    • 7.1.
      Uploading content to the internet carries inherent risks. ShowGo shall not be liable for misuse or unauthorized use by third parties.
    • 7.2.
      While we aim for continuous and stable service, ShowGo is not responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues or events beyond our control.
    • 7.3.
      Force majeure events, including natural disasters or policy changes, may impact services. ShowGo is not liable for resulting damages.
    • 7.4.
      Users are solely responsible for their posted content. ShowGo reserves the right to remove violating content and take legal action.
    • 7.5.
      We may take necessary actions to protect our legal rights, including suspension or termination of accounts.
    • 7.6.
      To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShowGo disclaims all implied warranties. Any liability, if found, shall not exceed MYR500 or the amount of fees paid by the User in the last 12 months, whichever is higher.
  • 8. Breach of Agreement

    • 8.1.
      ShowGo may issue warnings, restrict access, remove content, or terminate accounts for breaches. Criminal behavior will be reported to the relevant authorities.
    • 8.2.
      Users shall bear full responsibility for any legal disputes or third-party claims resulting from their actions. Compensation for losses to ShowGo is required.
    • 8.3.
      Users must respect intellectual property and other legal rights. Infringements may lead to content removal and liability.
    • 8.4.
      ShowGo reserves the right to fine users who violate key platform policies up to MYR1,000 and may request deposits to resume account access.
  • 9. Protection of Minors

    • 9.1.
      Minors must use the platform only under the supervision of a guardian.
    • 9.2.
      We protect minors’ data in accordance with PDPA.
    • 9.3.
      Minors must adhere to guidelines on appropriate online conduct.
    • 9.4.
      Guardians are responsible for monitoring and controlling minors’ spending. Refunds for unauthorized purchases may be denied without evidence of guardian negligence.
  • 10. Account Deactivation

    If a user wishes to deactivate their account while a remaining balance exists, they may contact customer service to request a refund. To ensure security and compliance, refunds can only be issued to a recipient account that exactly matches the real-name information used during the user’s registration on the platform.

    • 10.1.
      The user must submit valid identification and a corresponding bank account or e-wallet for verification.
    • 10.2.
      The account holder’s name, identification number (e.g., NRIC or passport), and other critical details must match the platform’s registered real-name information.
    • 10.3.
      If the user is unable to provide consistent and valid payment information, or if any false or potentially fraudulent activity is detected, the platform will not be able to process the refund request.

  • 11. Modification of the Agreement

    • 11.1.
      ShowGo may update this Agreement as needed to reflect legal or operational changes. Users will be notified of material updates.
    • 11.2.
      If you do not accept the modifications, you must cease using the services. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
  • 12. Termination

    • 12.1.
      This Agreement may be terminated upon account deletion, breach of terms, rejection of updates, or service discontinuation.
    • 12.2.
      Upon termination, your account and data will become inaccessible. ShowGo may retain data as required by law and complete pending transactions. Any benefits such as coupons will be voided.
    • 12.3.
      Any outstanding obligations or breaches may result in additional legal or financial consequences post-termination.
  • 13. Governing Law and Miscellaneous

    • 13.1.
      This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia, including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
    • 13.2.
      Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, they shall be submitted to Malaysian courts.
    • 13.3.
      If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain effective.
    • 13.4.
      In case of discrepancies, the English version of this Agreement shall prevail.
    • 13.5.
      This Agreement becomes effective upon your acceptance during registration. ShowGo reserves the right of interpretation and revision.
  • 14. Notices and Communication

    • 14.1.
      Notices will be delivered via the platform, email, or other contact methods provided by the User. Notices are deemed delivered once sent by the platform.
    • 14.2.
      ShowGo may also use public announcements, site banners, or notifications to communicate important updates.
  • 15. Assignment and Binding Effect

    • 15.1.
      Users may not assign or transfer their rights under this Agreement without written consent from ShowGo.
    • 15.2.
      This Agreement shall bind and benefit the parties and their respective successors, assigns, heirs, and legal representatives.
